Hale Pu'u One, or the Pond House, is one of the prettiest and most peaceful settings on the north shore. This open and airy 'pole house' is built in the island tradition. The home is high up off the ground and is set well back on the property. This creates a beautiful and very private setting from which one enjoys a long palm-lined driveway, an expansive front-lawn and tropical garden and a large lily pond (no fishing, please). Inside, the large living-dining-kitchen area is at same time both comfortable and elegant furnished with many Asian & Polynesian treasures. There are two master suites both with deck access and ocean views. The two bathrooms are large with twin vanities and double showers.  The property is just steps from Anini beach which speaks for itself. Sheltered by one of Hawaii's longest barrier reefs, Anini uniquely offers calm water, miles of sandy beach, windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking and even polo during the spring/summer season.

Anini Beach is outside the "visitor designation area", and as such, vacation rentals will be severely limited.  Worse, on the mauka side of Anini Road which is zoned "AGRICULTURE", rentals have been completely banned.  We will try to make our home available to friends & family when we are not at home.   Vacation rentals are no longer possible, but we are looking for seasonal (6-month) rentals.  Contact us at pete@aninibeachcharters.com
